Xbox Controller not working in games

Hi,

My Xbox controller is not working in games, but is working in big box. I did change the pause menu button and that works in games, but nothing else does. Can anyone help? Should I reassign all the buttons?

Did you map your controls in the emulator(s)? Most should work off the bat with Xbox controller, but if not you need to map directly in each emulator. LB/BB has nothing to do with in game controls.

I'm using Retroarch, Ive tried to find the controller mapping setting but cant find it. Ill have a look online

Retroarch was defaulting to some random controller, i changed it to the Xinput Xbox one and working fine now thank you!
