Pseudo98 Posted December 1, 2023 Share Posted December 1, 2023 Hi, I purchased a licence of LaunchBox for Android and I'm having some insurmountable problems with it, the biggest being the time it takes to start with a large library which can be minutes at a time, even on a SHIELD TV Pro which brings me onto the second problem which I don't believe is your issue but the SHIELD is VERY aggressive with culling background apps so as soon as the emulator is done I have the repeat the cycle of waiting minutes to use LaunchBox again because Android TV killed it. I would love to exchange it for a Windows licence and I'll use it via Moonlight on the SHIELD. Could an admin DM me to discuss? Retro808 Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 Considering the cost difference between the licenses (Android $15/$30 vs Windows $30/$75) you would likely have to pay the difference. If you got this on Black Friday it would likely be the differences in those prices. Do not take that as a given. That is just my view. However, you would have to email our team.
