moving platform out of root

Hi, new to Launchbox and loving it. 

I have successfully added a couple of platforms & Categories, thanks to the great tutorials. However, I added a platform with wrong roms (Game&Watch), and instead of deleting the Game and watch platform, in accidentally deleted the category. I then recreated the Game and watch platform, but now it is stuck in root, and refuses to move to the Handhelds category which was recreated. IT shows under parent the -root tick and does not change to parent when selecting.  Hope it makes sense ?

You can actually have multiple parents. So when checking a different box you need to also manually uncheck the box that is checked for "Root". Unsure by your description if that was done or not.
