Has LaunchBox changed the way it handles Retroarch?

I could be wrong but the first time I used LaunchBox..  I would add a folder with roms in it. It would detect said roms and ask me which emulator to associate them with.  I would choose retroarch. Then the program would literally set it up with no more input needed from me.  But since I've changed pc's and reinstalled LaunchBox it will not download retroarch and set it up.  Was it like I first perceived or did something change?  Now even if I choose retroarch it will not load said roms.  Any help is appreciated.

Our RetroArch integration hasn't seen any notable changes since we implemented it.
