Launchbox 13.12 error - Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.

Getting this error after updating to 13.12 a few days ago. It seems to appear after Launchbox searches for more ROM files. then tries to save them. I snippet a screen shot of the 'Saving games...' from the top of Launchbox as well. This blue line/indicator just goes left and right continuously. If I 'Report Error', which I have done but heard nothing back, or press close, Launchbox closes as well as error box. 

 

Help or a fix would be appreciated.

I'm getting this as well. It seems to happen after about 5-10 minutes of Launchbox being opened. Some automatic game sweep process or something?

This error is related to the new auto-import for ROMs. You have two options. Either turn that feature off in Tools > Options or update to the beta where this issue has been resolved.
