how windows exe games add to any emu

is there any way to add exe games to the gamelist of another emu 
like keep playing as a window game exe but when bigbox see it in another console list 
its a dumb question but i do like to see my windows game in another console list like ps2 3 or nintedo

Edit the game and change its platform.

ohh i did it but when open game it says (the Rom file you,ve specified does not exist
