Dashes not changing to colons as title separators even after the change is accepted.

I've recently been changing a lot of dashes to the proper colon separator (specifically in the Windows platform section)

 

And even after they have been approved, the title is still separated with a dash....

Here's a prime example:

Not sure if this is what you are running into, but if a game has a button that links to a steam game, then the title would be locked to the title that appears on the Steam purchase page.
