Audio Issues

Hi so I bought a hard drive that had Launch Box on it and the Playstation games were not playing at all. In the instructions for said hard drive it said to re letter the assigned letter for the hard drive ... I did this which then made the playstation games play, however now none of the games in the software have audio. can anyone help me with this thanks

Yeah, we don't provide support for pre loaded hard drives.
