games running in 2-5x speed

I am using launch box For the first time I am using Retroarch I have tried  over 10 games mostly n64

When I launch the games It is in fast speed (2-5x speed) And I dont know how to fix it

 

cpu - Ryzen 7 5800x

gpu - 3090
