Nintendo Famicom Disk System import

I'm on Launchbox 13.14 (Premium) and have pretty much all my systems and arcade setup. The automatic import of roms works great for all my systems, including Nintendo NES. When I try to import Nintendo Famicom Disk System I'm encountering some issues  though.

I run my NES roms through RetroArch and I'm using the Nestopia libretro for the emulation. Somehow there are two nestopialibretro to chose from if I chose  "Launch With...". I don't know why this occured, but everything plays great so no issue with this for me. Except that it seems strange. (See screenshot in attachment.)

The thing is when I start to import Nintendo Famicom Disk System roms with the *.fds file extention, Launchbox scans them properly as Famicom files, but is telling me that RetroArch is needed to play these roms and asks me if I want to download RetroArch. Since RetroArch is already installed and all cores are configured to my liking, I'm a bit reluctant to let LaunchBox download RetroArch again.

My question is: Should I let LaunchBox download and install RetroArch again? Or is there a better way to configure the Famicom Disk System?

You can just delete the other line in the Associated Platforms tab for Nintendo NES. Click on the cells and delete the contents. If you have Retroarch already set up to your liking no need to have LB do it. I do not use the automated feature for emulator downloads. Prefer to manually set all my emulators up.
