background: One thing I don't like about arcade roms is having to wait through the bootup screen every time I launch a game. And if I want to configure DIP switch settings, then I have to deal with that every single time as well. Right now my solution is to create a save state that skips past these parts, but I still have to manually load the save every time. I am I hoping there's a way to automate this process..

question: Is there a command line parameter or something I can use with LB to automatically load a save state on launch? I am using MAME and Final Burn Neo for my arcade roms.

-state <slot>

"Immediately after starting the specified system, will cause the save state in the specified <slot> to be loaded."

i.e.  load save state 1   "-state 1"
