Launchbox Options menu causing crash when trying to open.

As the title states for some odd reason i can keep getting a loading crash when trying to open the options tab.I was recently on LaunchBox 13.12, so i deleted the settings.xml and updated to 13.14 to see if that would fix it but it still keeps happening. Any thoughts?

It just goes completely unresponsive and asks if i want to wait for it to respond and it never recovers till i have to shut it down.
