Is there a way to remove the related/similar/ports section in details?

As the title ask I just find it kind of bothersome. It's useful to a degree, but honestly I never use it preferably would like a sort of minimalistic detail section.

If you're a premium user you can copy the theme you're using and then remove those sections from that view.
