Launchbox touch screen control options?

Hi, I've recently started using Launchbox as the platform to run my emulator games, but I use a touchscreen monitor and I can't scroll down the games lists. Instead, i have to place my finger on the tiny line scroll at the edges of the windows on the luanchbox UI to move the page down which is super clunky.

Are there any settings or other manipulations that can allow me to scroll through games lists with finger or even cleverer finger gestures that will allow me to navigate through the launchbox games lists..etc
