Going full retro, for me it would have to be Microprose. So many great games back in the day, would love some updates to some of these for a new generation.

Square Enix (old school) would be m vote. Grew up with those games and are near and dear to my heart. Sega Collection is one of the best though and owned different version on different systems throughout the years!
