TopGunBass Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 I was using snes9x stand alone emulator to play snes games. Everything was working and launching. Then I updated snes9x to current version, updated the snex9x.exe path and now no games will launch with LB? Games will launch if I launch manually through snes9x. Any idea what's wrong. Thanks Quote

Thanks When you go to launch a game, do you get the LaunchBox startup screen, then it just goes back to LaunchBox? Or does it open the snes9x UI (without the game)? Any error message popup? Can you share some screen shots of how you have it setup? screenshots of (Edit your emulator) Details tab Associated Platforms tab (where we can see you Super Nintendo Entertainment System platform) Screenshots of (edit one of your SNES games) Metadata tab Launching tab Emulation tab Quote
TopGunBass Posted September 9, 2024 Author Posted September 9, 2024 when I launch a game a little blue wheel will scroll for a few seconds and nothing happens. It goes away and the emulator or launch box screen doesn't load. snes9x v1.62.3 is what I'm using. I did install the older version 1.60 and everything works fine. Quote

Then, open [just] the emulator. Go to Video - Display Configuration - and check Emulate Fullscreen and Fullscreen on ROM Open. Quote
