Exodos with Launchbox - customize Dosbox fork and MT32 emulation

Guys, anyone tried to change the default Dosbox for ExoDos ? There are some pretty decent forks (Dosbox-X) that offer more UI config screens.

Also, anyone tried to put a MT32 (Munt) emulator to run along it to be called for any games without needing a setup for every game folder?

In their Discord eXo specifically discouraged changing to another DosBoX version this as they have tested the specific version of DosBoX with each game.

Found by myself. Keeping here for future searches.

I Just found the details on YT:

about the MT32. It is pretty much done, with all patches and setup done. Incredible.

About Dosbox forks, I found details on the wiki (
https://wiki.retro-exo.com/index.php/Project_Setup) along with the project main page (https://www.retro-exo.com/exodos.html) saying "Now, at launch, it checks a file called dosbox.txt that resides in the util folder. This file contains every single game, along with which version of dosbox it calls. If you want to use a different version of dosbox, you simply replace the existing dosbox calls with the ones of your choice rather than having to edit thousands of individual launch files."). So pretty much there are several dosbox forks in the exodos folder structure and all games are setup for a specific version when needed (they tested all games). They do not suggest changing one dosbox version for other (do it at your own risk).

Its an amazing work. I need to buy the guy a beer.
