Categories disappeared and LB crashes

I can’t see categories in the left side of the screen, all platforms are together.
If I try to click one in the parents menu, LB returns this error message as soon as I hit “ok”

I'm trying to have my playlists/categories back as a dropdown menus and I'd also like to be able to add new ones but now I'm stuck having all platforms together in the same place.
Any fix? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure on the error, but your categories are not showing because you have LB set to “Platform” view. Where it shows “Piattaforma” in the area above the platform names change that box to “Platform Category”.

Thank you! That helped a lot actually. All the platforms are gone from their respective categories but I can just add them back in now.
