FrankhMorpork
Hey all, I just bought Launchbox to use on my Retroid Pocket 4 because I love using Big Box on my PC. I set up my emulators and loaded up the ROMs onto the device and started importing in Launchbox. My Gameboy Color games loaded in fine, even though there was missing box art and whatnot. I went to load Turbografx games and after it said it was complete and restarted....nothing changed. I couldn't really find anything online about this issue, so I kept rechecking that the emulators were set up, the ROMs are working, and so on. I tried multiple platforms and nothing further would import. It would say everything was good and showed a complete list of ROMs it found for me to approve. But that was it. No further games seem to import beyond Gameboy Color. I'm not doing anything different than I did for the ones that worked, so I'm pretty clueless about what could be wrong. Thanks in advance for any help

Thanks in advance for any help Sorry to hear. I don't think I've ever heard about this issue before. I'm testing the Android app all the time, especially recently so I unfortunately don't have much to tell you at the moment as to why this would be happening just for you. Can you take some screenshots of the Import Pages? Maybe there's something to gather from them. After the import happens, it should be saving files under your LaunchBox\Data folders for that specific platform. I'm assuming this isn't happening, but if you can use a files app and check that could be helpful as well. When you say TurboGrafx, I'm assuming you mean TurboGrafx-16?
