Need help with first time XAML editing please. How to add 3D, rotatable boxes

Recommended Posts

Hey there guys.

I am working on a theme I call "Ode to the Viking" which aims to create a seamless transition to game lists from the platform view, when using Viking's amazing platform videos.  The theme is perfect except for one thing... I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add 3D rotatable boxes in place of the static 3D Box image.  I have used CTC to create the theme, but after hours of scouring the net for answers I am finally at a point where I think I need to edit the XAML files I have published directly in order to get this functionality.  Unfortunately I have zero experience with this and upon opening the XAML's up in a text editor I see that there is an overwhelming amount of information to potentially change.

I have tried adding the below code as a user source in CTC, but whenever that element is present in a view my BigBox crashes with a message about how the entry cannot start with a "<", and yes, I tried removing that but then get an error about a "string"

<coverFlow:FlowModel DataContext="{Binding ActiveGame}" RotationAxis="0.2,1,0" RotationAngle="25" CanManuallyRotate="True" FieldOfView="30"

Could some of you big brained geniuses PLEASE help me with this, it's literally the last thing I need to figure out before this theme is perfect (for me anyway :P)
