Multiple Display issues

Hello everyone,

This is probably a stupid question but I am having the hardest time implementing a second monitor for a marquee. When only using one display, everything works perfectly.

Display 1 is a tv (main display on PC) and is connected via HDMI 3840x2160 @300%. Display 2 is a small monitor and is connected via display port to HDMI 1920x1080 @100%. Monitors are set to "extend"

GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

When I go into Options>General to denote the main display (display 1) and marquee (display 2), the marquee tries to appear on the same screen as the display (behind BigBox main screen) and ultimately crashes the application. I selected display 1 as the main display and display 2 as the marquee. Swapping the displays doesn't work either. (which is the main and which is marquee) It never uses the secondary screen.

I even tried downloading and using ThirdScreen Plugin. When I go into ThirdScreen (after following the instructions, turning off marquee in BigBox) and try to set a marquee screen. It tells me that the actual display 1 is "Display 2" and the actual display 2 is "Display 1." When I try to make "Display 2" the marquee, I get an error message saying that BigBox is using that as the display screen. And when I switch it to "Display 1" no marquee appears.

I have no idea what is going on, it is pretty frustrating as I feel as though it should be an easy implementation. *Using latest version of BigBox

Any suggestions/assistance would be very much appreciated!

Ok update:

I feel so stupid. But maybe this will help someone else.

I went in and was messing around with all the variables and switched the main display to 100%. This completely fixed everything. I don't understand it, but I'm not too technologically inclined.
