Steam games in infinite installing-loop

Hello all,

i have linked my Steam-Account with Launchbox and have two games which are stuck in an infinite installing-loop (Counter Strike Condition Zero + Half-Life, see picture). Why is this happening and is there a way to fix this? I can start these two games in Launchbox but the rotating arrow and flashing installingbutton will not stop.

I'm experiencing this same behavior. I've tried removing and readding them, clearing the download cache in Steam and even a full re-install of the game using the Install option from Launchbox and it still shows the games as "installing."
