Launch box still says dependency files are missing

I have been at this for so long that i cannot remember what i have and haven't tried anymore. I have followed the directions within launch box, i have found posts here and in reddit  and tried the suggestions they put out in the forums but nothing works...I thought in the very beginning i rectified the situation but when i shut down my computer and turned it on to play the next day everything was back as it was before, like it couldn't/didnt remember the worked preformed or settings applied

Would help if you posted up a picture of the error you are seeing. Also what operating system are you using?
