Using Switch N64 Controller with Retroarch

Has anyone had any success in getting this to work?

I was recommended the 8BitDo Adapter 2 and it is about 95% of what I need. Everything works perfectly except for the C-Down button. No matter what I map it to nothing works.

Just a thought but have you checked that the buttons all work on a switch? If not then it's the controller if so it's the adapter.

They did. I was able to get it working eventually. It was user error not an issue with anything else.
