Clean up media function, crashes before completion

Progress bar window fills to around 80 percent then disappears and launchbox freezes,  after installing update to 13.19

Hi there,

Thanks for report, I've run some tests on this but unfortunately haven't been able to replicate the crash. Can you please confirm:

• Are you able to reliably reproduce this crash every time you run the cleanup media, or does it happen sporadically?
• Before you run the cleanup media, can you tell me all of the options you have checked (i.e images, videos, etc)
• Does it make any different if you run the cleanup for a specific platform VS all platforms?

Hi thanks for reply, it appeared to happen every time as for settings everything except manuals. Unfortunately I'm unable to give more information because i decided to revert back to the previous version, i intend to update perhaps on a later revision. once again thanx for responding.
