ColdMasterGTO Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Hello, I had a license that I purchased a few months/year ago for the Android version. However, I spent a long time without using launchbox or even having it installed on my cell phone, But, when installing the app (received by email this week), and selecting my license, it simply fails and/or says it is invalid/broken. I requested a new copy by email, received it and selected it, but I still have the same problem! When following the app's recommendation (send an email to support, I haven't received any response [it's been 3 days]) So, I still can't use my license in the app. Does anyone know how to solve this? dragon57 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 You copied the license.xml file you received in the LaunchBox folder on your phone/device, right? Quote

This with the "old" license version and then with the new one that I got from the email (when I requested a new copy of it again). Quote
dragon57 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Have you been able to look at the license file on your phone to see the structure of it? It may have been mangled for some reason. Quote
ColdMasterGTO Posted March 2 Author Posted March 2 (edited) No, I haven't done that yet, but I might do it to see what happens. I will be back in a moment. 3 minutes ago, dragon57 said: Have you been able to look at the license file on your phone to see the structure of it? It may have been mangled for some reason. Edit: I can normally view the file (such as: username, date, etc.) but I can't tell if there is something wrong with the data or not, unfortunately I don't understand much about it. But as I mentioned, the file is readable/editable normally Edited March 2 by ColdMasterGTO I added more information Quote
