after Launchbox 13.18 update to 13.20 can't start launchbox at all

I Have Update My Launchbox from 13.18 to 13.19/ 13.20 but the problem is when I update launchbox app can't be start and there isn't any error code in the screen it just stop working, but when i roll back to 13.18 everything is fine,

what i already test is  : 

1. i already test 13.20 on my other computer and it working fine, but when the installation i copied to my mini pc it still not working

2. i already tried copied 13.18 setting on 13.20 and a few file , but it did't work

3. i already matching the dont net from working pc twith mini PC (PC onlyhave dontnet 8 )

4. i already tied to matching the launchbox "LaunchBox.runtimeconfig.json" with the dotnet 8

please anybody who can help me solve this, thank you

There should be two error logs in the Event Viewer. The one you posted and then one above it that's listed as a .NET Runtime error. We'd need that one, the one you posted just tells us that's the application that crashed, not why it crashed.

there's only 2 error message that describe on event viewer, can you tell me which one i haven't attach to help find the solution ?

Neither of those are error logs, they are information logs. Error logs have the red icon and say error.
