Hello,

I purchased a lifetime license for LaunchBox on March 16, but after three days, I still haven’t received it.
I tried contacting support, but after they sent me a link to LOST LICENCE, they stopped responding to my emails.
At this point, I have no idea what else I can do.

Please help me with this. Below is the receipt for the payment.

The support mailbox is the only place to get help with license information.

If you haven't received a response and it's been over 24-48 hours, I'd send another email just in case your first email got lost or sent to spam for whatever reason.

Locking this up, as there's nothing anyone could help you with here, but I'm sure you'll get sorted as soon as possible.
