coinops theme issue

hello peoples.

 

reinstalled the updated coinops theme, and now there 

are no video snaps being displayed.tried several times to repair theme and also reinstalled several times to no avail.

even went back 3 weeks and did a restore/

seems as if file path is wrong but have no idea where to look.
