How to start sinden software with shell Big Box startup

So I have the shell startup for Big Box implemented on my mini pc and it works great but now I want my sinden lightgun software to boot up with it to play my sinden light gun games.  I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere but I could not find anything specific to this.
