Xbox Imported Roms

Hello,

I imported a whole bunch of Xbox roms into Launchbox. They have xiso extension. The games imported without any problems, but the metadata did not show up on each game. I am having to edit the metadata on each game individually. is there a way to do a bulk edit for all games at once?

Verify that your platform is set to Scrape-As Microsoft Xbox.

Bulk Edit and Bulk Download Metadata and Media are 2 separate things.  But either can be accomplished by selecting multiple games then running the action.

 

For Bulk Edit, after select the games, right-click one of them and select Open Bulk Edit Wizard. (Or just press Ctrl+E)

For Bulk Download Metadata and Media, after select the games, go to Tools < Download < Update Metadata and Media for Selected Games...

I tried the Bulk Download Metadata and Media option, but for some reason the game images still do not show up. Each Xbox game that I imported has the .xiso extension. Could this be the reason that the metadata does not update with the images? Is there a way to remove the .xiso when you do a bulk download for the metadata and media?

The extension shouldn't matter.  It's probably a file naming issue.  Typically seen when your files are not named correctly.

Is the metadata not getting populated? Or just the images (media)?
