splintercell90 Posted May 20 Posted May 20 I have a problem when I want to import games from EA Games. In the screen I enter the data to log in, then the EA Games profile page screen appears and it doesn't go forward. If I try to exit the profile page it gives me an error that it can't access the EA account. Quote

This is a known issue due a recent change whereby EA has discontinued support for the API that LaunchBox previously relied on, breaking the importer. We have a known issue logged for this on our bug portal over here: - https://feedback.launchbox.gg/p/ea-importer-not-working We hope to have a workaround for this in an upcoming beta, so feel free to follow the issue there to be notified when it is addressed.
