geegeemidnight Posted Sunday at 11:58 AM Posted Sunday at 11:58 AM Hey folks - like the title says - BigBox won't load after updating to Launchbox 13.21. I'm getting the following error message (see attached image): Launchbox is working fine, but any help massively appreciated as BigBox is my main way of using the system. Thanks in advance! Quote
C-Beats Posted Sunday at 01:14 PM Posted Sunday at 01:14 PM Is that the top of the error? Scrollbar looks like it's all the way down, if not the top could you send that as that will have the most important bits. Quote

Solution C-Beats Posted Monday at 12:54 PM Solution Posted Monday at 12:54 PM Yeah, if you'd look on the feedback site that is a known error related to having outdated plugins. Remove those plugins and that will go away. Quote
geegeemidnight Posted Monday at 05:41 PM Author Posted Monday at 05:41 PM Great, thanks @C-Beats, I'll give that a go! Thank you Quote
geegeemidnight Posted Monday at 08:13 PM Author Posted Monday at 08:13 PM Yep, the problem ended up being Archive Cache Manager plugin. Deleted that and its associated cache and I'm back in business. If it's unsupported now, is there any chance a similar feature could in the future could become a built in part of Launchbox / BigBox @C-Beats? It's a very handy system for larger CD-based titles. Very much appreciate your help, I can get back to gaming now! Quote
