Hi there,

having a noisy "bug" when i try to launch a game on BigBox

1) i have filled every game with videosnap, every time i go on that game for launching, videosnap starts, all things go ok...

2)when i launch that game on Bigbox, sometimes (often!) the game starts, BUT...on background i continue hearing the sound of the videosnap running..

I suspect there's a "bug" that do not correctly close the windows in background (the bigbox windows with the videosnap running....)

Someone can help, pleaase?

Ty on advance

UPDATE----------> Found the BUG!!

The problem is STARTUP Screen Enabled:

If you go fast switching from a game to another on the wheel, and you fast launch the game you switched, the video snap hasn't time to be loaded, so...the game will start and then, the video snap on late, will start on background....

If you do not switch from one game to another fastly, and wait 2, 3 seconds, the video snap will start and then if you launch the game all things goes ok.

SOLUTION: if you disable STARTUP Screen, if you switch fast from one game to another and then launch, all things goes ok..

But...it could be nice, if this bug could be corrected

Thanks

Thanks for the update!  And solution.  Well... workaround.

I you haven't already, at the top of this page click Help & Support then click Report a Bug and report for findings.  This way it'll for sure get recorded and tracked (and hopefully, even resolved).  Where-as [only posted] here on the forums it could inadvertently get lost in the abyss.

I will provide immediately, ty!
