Can't install LaunchBox, due to something with Dolphin

I can't seem to install LaunchBox due to something to do with Dolphin, I removed Dolphin from my PC and still comes up with the error, please help!!!

This is saying we can't save the dolphin integration plugin to the plugins folder correctly. Path tells me your running thing over a network drive and is likely causing the problem. I believe we have this resolved in the 13.22 beta but I'd have to double check.

I'm getting the same error. When I launch LaunchBox, the files 'manifest.json', and 'Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Dolphin' get deleted from the '\Plugins\Dolphin' folder when I close the error message. This started happening when I merged the eXoDREAMM folders (on my desktop) into my main project drive (E:) per these instructions (eXoDOS FAQ).
