How can I move only the unnecessary ROM files?

Dear Members,
My HDD is full, so I want to remove unnecessary ROM files.
For example, let's say the PlayStation ROMS folder contains some Saturn ROM files. Is there a function to move only the Saturn ROM files to a different folder?

If you have the right DAT files for your ROMs you can use CLRMAMEPRO to remove files not part of the set. Just make sure to back up the files first!

Select all the games in your platform, then go to Tools > File Management > Move Roms and move the roms to a new location. Anything NOT moved and still in the folder after can be removed. This does NOT work for MAME if using merged or split set and WILL break things so don't do it there. NOT sure how we do it for cue/bin

Thank you for your feedback. My library is patchwork, so I was having trouble with the ROM manager handling it properly.
