Skyler Baggins Posted August 25 Posted August 25 (edited) Hi team, First off, thanks for all the amazing work on LaunchBox/BigBox - it’s hands down the best frontend I’ve used. I’d love to request a new feature: cloud sync for metadata, playlists, and game settings across devices. For example, I often run LaunchBox on both my desktop and a handheld PC. Right now I need to manually copy playlists, save images, and reconfigure metadata, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. With cloud sync (either through a simple built-in option or integration with services like OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox), everything would stay consistent automatically, making it much easier for users with multiple setups. I think this would be a big quality-of-life upgrade and help a lot of us who like to maintain LaunchBox on more than one device. Is this something that could be considered for a future update? AstroBob Posted August 26 Posted August 26 This is a great idea, it's definately quite the undertaking but something that I agree would make playing across multiple devices much more seamless. I've gone ahead and scope out a request on our feedback site for this. Feel free to vote it up and follow along for any updates: - https://feedback.launchbox.gg/p/cloud-sync-for-metadata-playlists-and-game-settings Let me know if there was anytihng I missed when scoping it out Quote
