dreamtheater76 Posted Thursday at 01:21 AM Posted Thursday at 01:21 AM Here is my crash message: "BigBox.exe System Error Exception Processing Message 0xc0000005- Unexpected Parameters" Like before(or last updates I remember) it wont install the WMP content I am forced to skip. As soon as I start up Big Box it displays the video on the first screen and crashes as soon as I go to another game or screen. I have selected both Media Player and FFMPEG. Selected different defaults for Launchbox and Big Box and in Windows settings. Same result. Tried reinstalling. Clicked on the previous backup file and replaced the files in the backup folder. Same result. I had issues on the last update after not being able to do the WMP step but I can't recall what I did to fix it. Extremely annoying and once again hours spent on trying to fix a problem I don't need. I'm tired of the same crap when I update with new surprises. Help would be greatly appreciated. Quote

Are you able to update to the 13.24 beta and let us know if that helps with your situation. Quote
