LaunchBox or BigBox will not load

I seem to be having a problem with both Launchbox or Big Box not loading anymore, just keep getting an unexcpected error message, i have attached a screen shot.

Is there anyway of  reinstalling without losing my Games and media etc.....

Same here! I am having the exact same issue.I even tried reverting back a couple of versions. Same results.

Unless your LaunchBox/BigBox version is also 5 and a half years old (45 releases ago), I suspect it's not the same issue.  You may want to open a new thread and include what version you're on and include any screenshots of error messages you're receiving.

I am running 13.23. Same issue with 13.24.

I cant screenshot. Error messages pile upon one another with the final one being just a blank window. The app freezes and I have to kill Launchbox from Task Manager.
