Is there anyway of reinstalling without losing my Games and media etc..... Quote

Same results. Unless your LaunchBox/BigBox version is also 5 and a half years old (45 releases ago), I suspect it's not the same issue. You may want to open a new thread and include what version you're on and include any screenshots of error messages you're receiving. Quote
