When I run Launchbox or BigBox, an error message appears with every operation I perform. I did not attach a picture of the error, but it contains an error that the date is not compatible or something similar. After many attempts, I found that the problem is with the Arabic version of Windows 11, and when I change the Windows to English, the problem disappears. Please, can the Launchbox team update the program to be compatible with Windows 11, like Windows 10? I did not face any problem before. Thank you. (If you want a picture of the error, I will upload it later if necessary, because I deleted the program and installed it more than once without any benefit.)

If "similar" looks like this:

...it can be resolved by: Go to Tools > Download > Force Update Games Database Metadata...  (more details about his error can be seen here:  Troubleshooting: "Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime" Error - LaunchBox)

If it's not that, it could really help the developers to show the actual error message.

I tried your solution but it didn't work... I will attach a picture of the problem. I think the problem is with the program that is not compatible with Windows 11 updates, because I have another Windows 11 device that I haven't updated much and the LaunchBox program was working on it and I didn't face any problems with it.

That's definitely a different error.

I suggest submitting a bug report (top of this page, click Help & Support, select Report a Bug).  This way it will "officially" get reported and a better chance of getting looked at.

Be sure to include your details and the actual error (you show above).

Actually, as I think about it, you should be able to instead, just click the Report Error button on the error itself.  (Never done that myself, but I presume it goes to [or at least ends up in] the same "official" location.)
