現在android版の一生プレミアムプランを所有しています。Windows版の購入を検討しています。

Windows版の一生プレミアムプランを追加で購入する場合どちらの料金になるでしょうか？(セール時以外の平常価格)

①Windows版一生プレミアムプラン 70ドルが必要

②android版Windows版バンドル一生プレミアムプラン100ドルとの差額55ドルが必要

Since you already have the Android Premium license, you only need the Windows one.

If you get it within just under 15 hours (as of this writing), you can get the Windows Premium Lifetime license for $45 USD.

Well, (2) is the "bundle" which includes both licenses (Windows and Android).  So you would only need (1), the Windows [only] Lifetime Premium plan.
