5.25" & 3.25" Floppy Disk Cart Art

So I just recently finally addressed my MS-DOS floppy cart art, and have filled out my small personal collection using floppy disks I bought and scanned myself.  I figured it would be good to open this up and hopefully have people fill this thread up with images made from these templates, and maybe start covering some ground with DOS disk images.
