Install 90s Jetfighter Simulations on Windows 11

Hello I am wondering if Launch Box can be used to load old computer games from the 90s into the current Windows 11 OS. I am a lot of old jetfighter simulation games, mainly from the legacy Jane's Combat Simulations, that I want to operate in a Windows 11 environment. Can it be done using Launch Box? If so, what steps do you suggest I take?
