Are Retroachievements broken?

I am just going through some games and the md5 hash matches what shows over at retroachievements AND the achievements show from with the RetroArch menu.

I tried doing a rescan for my platform and also importing the game again, but the pause screen still shows no achievements available. I deleted one game from LaunchBox and imported it again and they showed up, but other games, that doesn't make a difference.

Just wondering if others are seeing this.
