Hi:

After eithr installing or reinstalling Launchbox 13.24 if the License.xml file is in the same foler it does not start, it just pops up a message box with the following text: "CRITICAL ERROR OCURRED: Your system has produced unexpected results and LaunchBox cannot continue. Please report the issue on the LaunchBox forums and we will help you resolve the issue. Error code: xxxx" with a clickable button that brings me here.

So, I'm doing what it tell me. I've both installed it on Windows10 and 11, both fresh installs and used ones.

The "Logs" subfolder is empty.

If I remove the License.xml file, the program starts as normal, but without the premium features.

How I can I fix that?

Please help.

The error code indicates there's an issue with your license file.  Contrary to the message, you need to contact support regarding licensing issues.
