Firstly, thank you for all the help the site has been immense for learning as have the video's. Watching the BigBox Tutorial 1 - when you go into a platform, the game appears on the right with marquee's on the left. On the left mine is currently white text. I want to change that to the game logo or Marquee. I am assuming I have not downloaded the correct Metadata  or I have not mapped this correctly. What have I done wrong or what should I be doing? Thank you

The "marques" on the left are Clear Logos.  When a Clear Logo (image) for a game doesn't exist, it will show as white text.

So the correct metadata Media you need to download for the game is Clear Logos.  Once you've done that (from LaunchBox), in Big Box, you may need to go to System Menu < Options < Image Cache < Refresh Game Wheel Images to have them appear.

@JoeViking245 if you know hwo to turn off Launchbox Default 3D setting I would be most appreciative. I have the 3d Box Cart and immediately behind it the system is applying the default 3D so I have 2 spines, it look ridiculous. Thank you

If you had Box-Front images (can have them along with your Box-3D images) for the games, it would take care of that.

The 3D Model your referring to uses the Box-Front image for the rendered 3D box.  (It will also use a Box-Back and Box-Spine images for when you spin the box with the mouse.)

But if you must, you can disable seeing the 3D model under Tools < Options < Visuals < Game Details.  (un-check Show 3D Model).
