LedBlinky lighting all buttons besides MAME specific buttons

So as the title says I'm having issues with other buttons lighting up for specific games. Example I start galaga and lights up the fire button and credit start buttons only. Then after that all my buttons light up again. I can't figure out why it's doing this. Any help would be great.
