The payment was successfully completed, and I received the receipt for $45.00. However, my account still does not show the lifetime renewal/upgrade, and it appears that the license status has not been updated yet. For your reference: - Amount Paid: $45.00 - Product: LaunchBox Premium for Windows – Lifetime License Upgrade - Date Paid: March 10, 2026 I have attached the payment receipt and transaction details for verification. I sent 5 emails with no respond from your end. Could you please check my account and confirm that the lifetime upgrade has been properly applied? Quote

Follow the instructions and you will get an automated email response with your license file attached. Place the license file into you LaunchBox folder. Be sure to check you spam folder in the response doesn't go to your inbox. Quote
