Hello, experiencing hiccup of BB when 'music' loops

Hello.

I am experiencing BB hiccup, when single wav file loops

I have set a single wav file that runs entire time through background music loop (LaunchBox\Themes\[themename]\Music\Background\)
It happens at the moment of the loop. BB commands would also skip/hiccup at same moment./attempting to switch to next game etc.

 

Wav is a single 2mb sound file set as background music. 
Everything is running through Ryzen 7 7700XT , samsung 1tb m2 970 pro drive , windows 11.

Addendum:
I converted file to a 100kb mp3 file and issue still happens,entire BB just hiccups/stutter for that 1 second when music loops

Addendum:
Issue only appears to be happening with FFmpeg codec. Wmw causes no hiccups or stutters.
